Early Years Nursery Education Funding. |
| In the term after your child turns 3 they are entitled to the Early Years Nursery Education Funding. This can be spread out over the whole year or taken as a stand alone place subject to availability. Please ask in the office for further details. |

JCN only offers 5 full days, 5 mornings or 5 afternoons, we do not accept individual days either part time or full time. |

| * Should parents of part time children or Ex JCN children require extra sessions the daily rate will be charged. These are provided on a first come first served basis and not always available. Please ask Carol or Theresa if you would like to request an extra session. |

|
| ** For children who are new to the nursery will be charged an hourly rate for the transition period (1 week for Part time and 2 weeks for full time) |

Invoices are raisied on the 1st of each month with payment due by the 15th. Any extra sessions or late stay fees accrued in the month will be invoiced in the next month. |

The Fees detailed above are assuming your child is in full receipt of the Early years Education Funding of 15 hrs per week but is having it spread over the whole year. |

|
All children in the term after their 3rd birthday are entitled to Early Years Education Funding. This is Free Education of 15 hrs per week over 38 weeks. This can be spread over the whole year or taken as a stand alone funding place. The rate at what the funding is, is set by the Local Authorities and may be subject to change each term. This will be shown on your invoice each month as Free Education. |

In previous years the monthly fee has incorporated everything. Due to new legislations laid out by the Government and Local Authorities we are now required to separate what the monthly fee consists of. You will therefore see the above monthly fees seperated out on your invoice to show what is Free Education, Additional Education and Meals. You will also now see on your invoice a fee of £2 per day for lunch and £1 per day for tea. If you are in receipt of the Early Years Funding and do not wish to take up the cooked meal you may provide your child with a packed lunch/tea and this will be deducted from you invoice accordingly. |

If you wish to take up stand alone Early Years Funding Place, (Space Permitting) this would be either 9am-12pm or 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday for 38 weeks and term time only. Any additional hours required after the funded hours can be booked 1 week in advance and if space is available. Extra hours can only be booked in full AM or PM sessions and will be charged at the relevant hourly rate of detailed above plus £2 for lunch and/or £1 for tea, alternatively please provide your child with a packed lunch

Extra sessions can be booked by part time children if space is available 1 week in advance, this is charged as a full session (i.e £12.40 for an extra afternoon or £20.34 for an extra morning) using the relevant hourly rate above plus £2 for lunch / £1 for tea, or you may provide a packed lunch for your child. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Late stay fees are charged at £7.50 per 15 mins after the end of the session. You will be required to sign the late stay book when collecting your child. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
A £25 fee is charged for any fees not received by the 15th of each month unless prior arrangement as been agreed with either the Head of Nursery, the Deputy, or the Accounts Administrator. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
The JCN reviews its fees annually in October but please note that these fees may be subject to change at any time throughout the year in line with the Early Years Funding Scheme. |
